The firm acts for banks and NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies)  for their various legal issues and disputes. The Firm also provides legal opinion and reports for sanctioning of the loan or rejecting the loan.

Our Partner, Mr. Sriraj Menon is empaneled  on the panel of legal advisor for Bank of Maharashtra and Syndicate Bank.  

We also advise and represent various companies for taking steps to initiate insolvency proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal in Mumbai. We have appeared for various Operational Creditors and have been actively involved in pursuing litigation under the Insolvency Code.
